We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parking
Please note:
For the smaller apartments (up to 4 people) 1 parking space is reserved. For the large apartments (6-10 people) 2 parking spaces are provided for each apartment. Further parking spaces only on request at additional cost.
CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Cancellation policy:
At the time of reservation by the guest, along with the subsequent verbal or written acceptance by the hotelier to provide the desired accomodation, is the accommodation contract concluded. This accommodation contract obliges not only the proprieter to provide the accomodation, but also requires the guest to comply with the obligation of remuneration for the contract.
If the accommodation contract is canceled without concent of the hotelier the guest is still required to pay the agreed remuneration or part there of pertaining to the loss of revenue for the reservation. The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit, along with a written confirmation from the proprietor after receipt of the payment.

| less than 3 weeks before day of arrival: | The total cost of the reservation less a sum (consumption costs) of € 12 per person / day is payable. |
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked period will be charged. Reservations canceled 12 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee.
In the case of cancellation; the Austrian Hotel Assocition contract conditions apply.

Corona cancellation policy
In case of a travel warning or a lockdown before arrival, we don’t charge a cancellation fee and you will get the deposit back.
